How I Work

I specialize in working with adults, older adolescents, and families experiencing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. My goal is to create a welcoming, affirming, and judgment-free environment where you feel safe exploring your experiences, gaining insight, and developing practical tools to improve your overall well-being. I integrate evidence-based and trauma-informed modalities such as:

• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
• Internal Family Systems (IFS)
• Solution-Focused Therapy
• Mindfulness-based strategies

Through these methods, I help individuals increase self-awareness, develop healthier coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and foster lasting change. I believe that every individual possesses inherent strengths and resilience, and therapy can help uncover those strengths even during life's most difficult seasons.
