Celia Franks, M.A., PLPC
Celia is a Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) under the supervision of a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor. Celia is a Certified SYMBIS facilitator, a National Certified Counselor (NCC), and is trained in the Gottman method. Celia earned a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University in May 2024. Celia is a Certified SYMBIS facilitator and is trained in the Gottman method.
Celia approaches counseling from an integrative perspective, combining different theories, ideas, and techniques depending on the needs of each individual client. She has experience working with adolescents, adults, and couples presenting with anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, and loss.
Celia believes that counseling is a collaborative effort, and counsels from a place of warmth and genuine acceptance while building a relationship during the therapeutic process.
