Awaken Spring: (Wed. 9am-10am) April 17th – May 22nd.
In this 6-week beginning Kundalini Yoga series, individuals will engage in a balancing practice of the nervous system to enhance an inner sense of wellness that supports stress responses, relaxation, connection, digestion, sexual functions, sleep cycles, and overall well-being. This course will establish practices and routines to awaken the energies within and promote self-love and reconnection. Participants can perform this kundalini kriya sitting in a chair or on the floor.
Amy Lutman
Amy Lutman is a formally trained Kundalini Yoga Instructor, with over a decade of experience teaching yoga in the health and wellness industry. With a background in Mind-Body centered practices and Christian yoga instruction, Amy possesses the knowledge and experience to lead Kundalini and Vinyasa yoga.
Amy is passionate about bringing the Christian world-view to the kundalini yoga experience, while creating awareness of the positive differences yoga can have on the body and mind. Amy expressed commitment to joining women together in our God-given femineity to embrace whole Self wellness and healing.
Amy currently offers classes on Mondays from 1pm to 2pm, and Wednesdays from 9am – 10am. Classes rotate with focus every 6 weeks, with bundles and drop-in classes available for participants. Please contact our office for more information on how to register for classes.
