Who I Work With

I work with individuals navigating a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, addiction, low self-esteem, and challenges related to life transitions or personal growth. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready to make a change, I’m here to support you on your path to healing and self-discovery.

How I Work

I view therapy as a personal journey—one that unfolds uniquely for each individual. My approach is eclectic and person-centered, meaning I tailor sessions to align with your specific needs, preferences, and goals. I integrate a range of evidence-based modalities to support meaningful and lasting change, including:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT)
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Person-Centered Techniques

Together, we will cultivate a therapeutic space that supports self-reflection, emotional insight, and personal growth.

My Philosophy

I believe that every person carries the strength they need within themselves, and my role as a therapist is to help you uncover that strength. With empathy, respect, and curiosity, I’ll support you in exploring your thoughts and emotions, building awareness, and finding practical strategies to move forward. My work is guided by a deep belief in each client’s potential for growth and transformation.

A Bit About Me

I was born and raised in Louisiana but spent over two decades in Lexington, Kentucky (2000–2023). I recently moved back to Louisiana to be closer to family and friends—and, of course, because we missed the food!

I have a love for the outdoors and enjoy spending time in nature whenever I can. Music is another one of my passions, with tastes that range from jazz and blues to the island vibes of Jimmy Buffett.

Closing

If you’re seeking support that honors your individuality and fosters real change, I would be honored to walk alongside you. Therapy is your space—and I’m here to help you make it meaningful, empowering, and restorative.
