Who I Work With
I work with teens and adults navigating a wide range of challenges, including complex trauma, anxiety, depression, family dysfunction, estrangement, and the lingering effects of childhood abuse or neglect. I strive to create a compassionate, collaborative space where clients feel safe to explore difficult experiences and develop a deeper understanding of themselves.
How I Work
My approach to counseling is grounded in both science and heart. I focus on building meaningful, playful, and deeply attuned relationships with my clients while tailoring interventions to meet their individual needs. I integrate a variety of evidence-based and relational approaches, including:
- Neuroscience-Informed Psychoeducation
- Relational and Attachment-Based Therapy
- Complex Trauma-Informed Care
Together, we will work to make sense of your experiences, nurture self-understanding, and support your journey toward healing and wholeness.
My Philosophy
I believe the heart of healing begins with a safe and authentic relationship. I’m passionate about helping clients recognize and accept their true needs, desires, and identities without judgment. Together, we explore your inner experiences and uncover the stories that have shaped you, creating space for compassion, clarity, and personal empowerment.

A Bit About Me
Outside of the therapy room, you can usually find me sipping espresso at a local coffee shop, watching reality TV or documentaries, or snorkeling for seashells at the beach. I value curiosity, humor, and the joy of building real connections—both in and out of session.
Closing
If you’re looking for a counselor who will meet you with warmth, insight, and authenticity and who honors both your pain and your strength, I would be honored to work with you on your healing journey.
