Krista Sudyk, M.S., PLPC
Krista is a Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor under the supervision of a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor. She earned a Master of Science of Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Loyola University New Orleans. She also has a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Wheeling Jesuit University.
Krista works with teens and adults of all ages with a variety of presenting issues. Her clinical focus is in anxiety, depression, life transitions, and faith-based concerns. Krista borrows from her experience in ministry the phrase “cura personalis” or “care for the whole person” in her counseling practice. Her counseling style is person-centered and collaborative in, confronting concerns, gaining self-awareness, exploring values and integrating them into daily life.
