Kearstin Sanders-Morgan, M.A., PLPC
Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor | AutPlay Therapy Certified
Who I Work With
I work with individuals across the lifespan (ages two and up), couples, and parents navigating a variety of concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship and family challenges, anger, and perinatal mental health. I am particularly passionate about supporting parents of young children as they strive for balance, connection, and resilience throughout their parenting journey.
How I Work
My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and somatic-based, grounded in a deep respect for each person’s innate capacity for healing. I integrate body-based and evidence-informed modalities to support emotional processing and nervous system regulation. My work draws from:
- Somatic Experiencing®
- Gottman Method Couples Therapy
- AutPlay Therapy (for neurodivergent children)
- Play Therapy
- Attachment-Based Interventions
Whether you are looking to process trauma, strengthen relationships, or feel more empowered as a parent, I offer a compassionate, curious, and collaborative space to support your goals.
My Philosophy
I believe that therapy is a sacred space to reconnect with yourself, your values, and your relationships. Healing unfolds when we feel safe, seen, and supported—and I strive to cultivate that space for every client. My work is grounded in self-compassion, somatic awareness, and honoring each person’s full humanity. I collaborate with clients to explore their internal world and support meaningful, sustainable change.

A Bit About Me
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my four children, including homeschooling the older ones. You can often find me exploring nature, swimming, or curled up with a good book. I deeply value family, creativity, and the rhythm of everyday moments—and I bring that same presence and authenticity into my work with clients.
Closing
If you’re looking for a therapist who will walk with you gently and intentionally, I would be honored to support you or your family on your healing journey.
