Faith Munsell, M.H.S., PLPC, NCC
Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor | CCTP-I
Who I Work With
I work with adults navigating a wide spectrum of challenges, including trauma, addiction recovery, depression, anxiety, grief, and more. I also offer couples counseling and have experience facilitating group sessions. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space for you to explore your experiences, gain clarity, and take meaningful steps toward healing.
How I Work
My counseling style is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and grounded in mindfulness. I personalize strategies and interventions to honor each client’s unique life story and tailor our work together to meet your individual needs. Drawing on my background in trauma and addiction recovery, I strive to create a compassionate space for healing, resilience, and growth. My approach includes:
- Trauma-Informed Care.
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
- Addiction Recovery Support
- Mind and Body Informed Strategies
Together, we will work to reduce distress, build resilience, and move toward a more grounded and empowered version of yourself.
My Philosophy
I believe that counseling is a collaborative journey. My role is to illuminate the path to recovery and wellness while walking alongside you with respect, compassion, and encouragement. I am dedicated to helping you regain a sense of control, rediscover your potential, and move toward a healthier, more balanced future.
