Faith is a Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor serving under the guidance of a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor. She holds a Master of Health Sciences degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center. Faith is currently a member of the Louisiana Counseling Association (LCA) and the American Counseling Association (ACA).
Faith has individual and group experience working with adults facing a spectrum of challenges. These include but are not limited to trauma, addiction recovery, depression, anxiety, grief, and more. Faith’s prior involvement in trauma and addiction recovery has equipped her with a deep understanding of these complex areas and a passion for supporting those struggling within them. She also offers couples counseling and Eye Movement Desensitation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR).
Driven by her desire to help her clients regain control of their lives, Faith utilizes a counseling style that is trauma-informed and evidence-based, with a focus on mindfulness. She personalizes strategies and interventions to each individual and their unique life stories. Faith is dedicated to illuminating the path to recovery and wellness, walking alongside her clients as they rediscover their potential and move towards a healthier, more balanced future.
