Who I Work With
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating challenges such as anxiety, grief, life transitions, parent-child relationship difficulties, and other parenting needs. Whether you’re seeking support as an individual or as a family, I offer a compassionate space to explore your experiences and move toward healing.
How I Work
As an integrative counselor, I base my practice on person-centered theory while incorporating techniques from various modalities to meet each client’s unique needs. I am passionate about using play-based approaches with clients of all ages, offering creative ways to understand and address difficulties. I believe in a holistic approach to recovery, applying its principles to a broad spectrum of challenges, and its expansion outside of connections to addiction.
My Philosophy
I believe in the transformative power of the therapeutic relationship, especially for clients who have been hurt in past or present relationships. My goal is to create a trusting, judgment-free environment where you can safely explore your difficulties, connect past experiences to present patterns, and build a healthier future. I am committed to walking alongside you with empathy while gently challenging you toward the growth and peace you deserve.
