Ciara Huot M.S., LPC

Ciara Huot is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Mississippi. She received her Master of Professional Counseling degree in 2017 from Liberty University. Ciara spent 4 years in the United States Navy as a Seabee and has worked for various non-profits, before working in private practice in 2017.

Ciara has a passion for helping people from all walks of life. She strives to provide a non-judgmental environment and meets all individuals she encounters with unconditional positive regard. Her goal is to help clients gain a better understanding of themselves and their emotions. Ciara has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults.

She has worked with individuals coping with, but not limited to, life changes, grief and loss, trauma, domestic violence, anxiety, depression, and also has experience working with veterans, active-duty military, and spouses.

Ciara utilizes an eclectic approach to counseling including Person Centered Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
