Who I Work With
I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and couples navigating a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, and loss. My goal is to create a safe and respectful space where you can share your story, explore your challenges, and start making meaningful and sustainable changes.
How I Work
I approach counseling from an integrative perspective, thoughtfully combining theories, ideas, and techniques to meet the unique needs of each client. I draw on a range of evidence-based methods to support growth and healing, including:
- Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
- Gottman Method
- SYMBIS Facilitator Integration (pre-martial and couple’s counseling)
My work is designed to help you gain insight, develop new strategies, and build healthier relationships—with yourself and with others.
My Philosophy
I believe counseling is a collaborative effort, built on trust, warmth, and genuine acceptance. I strive to create an environment where you feel safe, heard, and valued. Through an authentic therapeutic relationship, I aim to support you in understanding your experiences, building on your strengths, and moving toward the future you want to create.

A Bit About Me
Outside of the therapy room, I find joy in cooking new recipes—especially those that bring people together around the table—and singing karaoke with my family, where laughter and off-key notes are always welcome. I value connection, creativity, and shared joy, and I bring that same light-hearted, relational spirit into my work with clients.
Closing
If you’re seeking a compassionate and collaborative therapist to walk alongside you as you grow, heal, and navigate life’s complexities, I’d be honored to be part of your journey.
