Licensed Professional Counselor | Certified Complex Trauma Professional (CCTP-II) | National Certified Counselor

Who I Work With

I specialize in working with individuals, adolescents, couples, first responders, and their families. My clinical experience encompasses supporting youth, adults, military populations, and individuals with neurodiversity. I bring a trauma-informed lens to a wide range of concerns, including complex PTSD, attachment trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction recovery, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and life transitions.

How I Work

I offer a compassionate, collaborative, and personalized approach to care. My work is rooted in the belief that healing occurs when clients feel seen, heard, and empowered as the experts of their own experience. I integrate holistic and evidence-based interventions, drawing from:

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR®)
  • Somatic Experiencing® (SE™)
  • Family Systems Modalities
  • Trauma-Informed and Neurodivergence-Affirming Approaches

My style is warm, attuned, and client-centered, allowing us to move at a pace that feels safe and meaningful for you.

My Philosophy

I am passionate about supporting clients through empathy, respect, and deep listening. I believe therapy is a space for connection, restoration, and transformation, and I strive to create an environment where clients feel supported and honored in their process. As Assistant Clinical Director at Northshore Family Counseling, I am proud to be part of a team committed to high-quality, relational, trauma-informed care.

A Bit About Me

Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and my beloved furry companions. I recharge through hiking, biking, reading, and connecting with my church community—often with a good cup of coffee in hand.
